Food Fund
Everyday hundreds of children turn up to school hungry and unable to focus.
Many families are too poor to afford adequate groceries for the whole family and many find themselves ashamed to ask for help.
British Emunah’s Food Fund aims to provide a daily hot meal for every child at our schools and if necessary, a food parcel to take home to their families. Emunah also run day programmes for ‘at risk’ youth before and after school, where we provide hot meals before sending them home.
This costs £100,000 per annum giving over 800,000 meals out to our children and families per year.
